A First Ever in the world of Motorcycle Racing

The International Handisport Motorcycle Event, new for the 2017 edition of the French Motorcycle Grand Prix in Le Mans. A race reserved only for handicapped riders of different nationalities (French, English, Italian and Colombian) will be organised in Le Mans during the French Motorcycle Grand Prix weekend, 19^th/20^th and 21^st of May 2017. This is a first ever during the MotoGP World Championship. A fervent participant of the mechanical show since 2012, Stéphane Paulus, rider and president of the “ Handi Free Riders “ association and Claude Michy, promoter of the French Grand Prix decided to launch this new event together. It will be of International status following in the footsteps of the PMR Bridgestone Cup created in 2016 with the agreement of the FFM. To quote Stéphane Paulus:” I am delighted to see that a positive decision was made to go ahead with this project and we will be able to organise the event during the French Motorcycle Grand Prix weekend. As president of the “Handi  Free Riders” it is a dream come true enabling  handicapped riders to race again.  So make good note that the rendezvous is the 19^th/ 20^th and 21^st May 2017 in Le Mans , your support is essential and most welcome.
